Kristina Caroline Ohlsen was born in Heidelberg, Germany in 1990 & relocated with her family in 1997 to Cape Town, South Africa.
Kristina studied her first year of fashion design in London, United Kingdom & then relocated back to Cape Town, where she carried over her first year credits to Cape Town College of Fashion Design to carry on in second year.
Kristina is a third year student at Cape Town College of Fashion Design, graduating in November 2016 with her collection, Gisele.
Gisele is a Spring/Summer 2017 Collection.

Gisele is inspired by two generations living in the heart of Arusha, Tanzania during the 1970's. Her mother & grandmother, bothed named Gisele, were living in a lodge called Ngare Sero in Ngare Sero, South of Arusha, Tanzania. Ngare Sero is the sweet water that derives from a mountain spring on the slopes of Mount Meru, South of Arusha, which means sweet water in Kimeru, the local tribal language.
Gisele is a take on 70's most influential silhouettes, colour palette & print of nature, with a modern & elegant twist.
